Gotta love Mondays!

Back to work on another wonderful Monday. It really isn't that bad, I just tend to be bitter on Mondays for some reason. This morning I had 2 Kashi Heart to Heart Honey Oat waffles with 1/4 cup sugar-free syrup and a small glass of milk (2/3 cup). I planned my meals for the entire week, so I am hoping that I can stay on track. We shall see!

For lunch at work, I had a Boca Mushroom and Mozzarella burger on 2 slices of Nature's Own Honey Wheat bread with mustard and fresh baby spinach. I also had a pack of Weight Watchers Garlic Parmesan Pretzel Thins (my mom bought them for me a couple of weeks ago and I am trying to get through them so I can eat all of the other yummy things I recently bought to try). For dessert (my favorite part of every meal), I had a Double Chocolate VitaTop. It had been a while since I had that flavor, I had forgotten how good it was.

Today's afternoon snack will be 1 cup of red grapes and a South Beach Living FiberFit Smores Bar. This bar is one of the several that have 9 grams of fiber in them. I hope I don't regret eating it later on. I forgot to take a pic of the grapes :(
After the gym, I came home and threw together what I like to call a "pizza wrap". It is a low carb wrap, spinach, pizza sauce, fat-free mozzarella, and turkey pepperoni. I had steamed broccoli on the side. My dessert was a Weight Watchers Carrot Cake snack cake.
My night time snack will be a 100 Calorie bag of popcorn. I have like 20 bags of the stuff.

  2. I really like your blog! We eat a lot of the same food! How are those new fiberfit bars? how do they compare to the high protein cereal bars?

  3. I think they are really good. They are better than the high protein bars but smaller.
