Good Start!

This morning my breakfast was better than I expected. I had Kashi Hearty Go Lean Honey and Cinnamon oatmeal with a blue bran VitaTop. I had tried the oatmeal once before and hated it, but because I hate to waste I told myself that I was just going to have to make it through the rest of the box. To my surprise it was better this morning than last time I tried it. Still not great but I am working on it. I had never tried the blue bran VitaTop but knew that I would like it so I wasn't really worried. I have tried all the chocolate flavors so now I am working my way through the bran flavors. Well, that is all for now, have to head down to my parents' house for a couple of hours. (Also, sorry about the quality of the pics, I am taking them with my phone).

Apparently I am quite forgetful during the weekends. I was always halfway through my meal by the time I realized that I didn't take a picture. So, for now, I will at least try and stick to it during the week. Hopefully Monday I will remember to snap a pic before I start to

I am new to the whole blogging thing, but I love reading everyone else's blogs and thought it was time to create my own. I don't think that I will have anything interesting to say I am just using this as a way to keep track of what I eat each day. I try my best to eat healthy everyday. Most days it is a struggle, but I am still at it after two years now. I heard that it is helpful to keep a food journal, so this is my go at it. We'll see how long I can keep it up. I will try to post my meal (with pictures) each day. I will start tomorrow as I have eaten all my meals today and did not take the time to take photos of any it. I was really hungry today and couldn't wait to take the So tomorrow it is!!
