FiberFULL

On the weekends, I usually hop out of bed at like 7, but I couldn't not get myself up until 8:30. Oh well, that is what Sunday's are for. I enjoyed a bowl of Quaker Weight Control Maple & Brown Sugar instant oatmeal with 1/2 sliced banana.
I decided to have some peanut butter with my apple today because I noticed a lot of other people eat the two together. Wow, now I know why. It was very good.

I didn't really plan ahead for my lunch so I just kinda threw together what I had here. I made a pizza wrap(low carb tortilla, spinach, pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni, and fat-free mozzarella cheese) and had some Green Giant Vegetables with Cheese Sauce. I also had a tangelo, but I had to throw half of it away because it wasn't good anymore.

For my afternoon snack I had grapes (which I forgot to take a pic of) and a 100 Calorie Honey Maid Cheesecake Bar. I also had a piece of Hershey's Dark Chocolate with Pomegranate.

For supper, my husband and I went eat at Chili's with some friends. It had been a while since we have eaten out. I had the Guiltless Cedar Plank Tilapia (no pic) with a side of black beans. It was so good and I didn't feel ridiculously full after I was done. That is always my fear when I go eat out that I will end up stuffing myself until I am way past full. I brought a Weight Watchers Chocolate Chip Cookie for dessert (I stole the pic from the internet....lol).
I feel like I have eaten so much today. It could be all the fiber I had today though. I figure that I had at least 45grams today. Anyway, my night time snack is a Weight Watchers Fudge Bar.

Finally a warm day!

It had been a little chilly in the morning lately, which makes it hard for me to want to get out of bed. This morning it was bright and sunny and warm. For breakfast, I had 3/4 cup of Kashi Honey Sunshine and a little less than half a cup of Fiber One with half a banana sliced on top. I had this with 1/2 cup of Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla (which I made a huge mess with and spilled all over the floor........lol) and a multi-bran vitatop. Eating this then going to the gym about 20 minutes later was probably not a good idea because it is now 2 hours later and my stomach is killing me.
Gotta have my apple!!
For lunch, which I was really looking forward to, I had a turkey sandwich on an Arnold's Sandwich Thin. I had some LesserEvil Krinkle Sticks on the side and a small tangelo. I love my sandwiches!
I was on the road for my afternoon snack so I didn't get a chance to take any pics. I had a Dark Chocolate Cherry Kashi Bar, strawberries, and 1/2 tbsp of Better n' Peanut Butter.

I ate supper a lot earlier than I usually do because I was home alone and bored. I knew if I didn't eat supper then I would just end up snacking until it was time to eat anyway. This morning when I was done at the gym I went to the store and bought Quorn chicken cutlets and La Tortilla Factory Smart & Delicious whole wheat tortillas. So, of course, I had to have it for supper. Anytime I buy something new that I haven't tried before, I must eat it as soon as possible. It is quite ridiculous, but what can I do.........lol. So I had a chicken cutlet wrap with spinach and a cup of southwestern style vegetable soup. (Oh and while I had the soup in the microwave and was tending to the chicken, apparently my soup was overflowing. So when I opened the microwave I had a big surprise. Let's just say that today was one of my messier days.) This was quite a delicious and filling supper. For dessert (yay!), I had to try one of my 100 calorie Breyer's Yo Crunch Cheesecake yogurts that I bought recently. It was so good, I felt like I was eating something so bad for me. It just tasted that good!
And for my night time snack, I had my new favorite treat, 1/2 cup of Breyer's Free Double Churned Extra Creamy Vanilla ice cream with 1/2 a serving of Puffin's on top. Yummy!!

Free Fallin'

Don't ask about the title. I just heard that song on the radio on my way to work so now it is stuck in my head. My breakfast this morning was 2 slices of Fiber One Cinnamon Raisin bread with strawberry fruit spread and Better n Peanut Butter. I also had a small glass of skim milk. I am surprisingly very full. TGIF! I am always in a great mood on fridays.

Gotta have my apple a day! Today is Fuji.

For lunch, I am trying a Morningstar Tomato Basil Pizza Burger with baby spinach on an Arnold's Sandwich Thin with Laughing Cow Light Garlic and Herb Cheese. I have sourcream and onion krinkle sticks on the side and also some broccoli. I tried to melt the rest of my cheese wedge with my broccoli, but it didn't work so well. For dessert, I am having a Weight Watchers Chocolate Caramel Mini bar.

I had a handful of red grapes (that was all I had left, need to go to the store) and a small tangelo, but I forgot to take a pic. Before I hit the gym and then go home I plan to have a Kashi Raspberry Chocolate Bar. Yum! I did actually take a picture of the bar, but for some reason it came out looking crazy.

Anyway, moving on, supper was a Boca Mushroom and Mozzarella burger with spinach and a little mustard and ketchup in a Mission Carb Balance whole wheat tortilla. I had corn on the side and a dulce de leche pudding for dessert.

Is it Friday yet?!?

This morning I was excited to have oatmeal because it was rather cold outside. I had Kashi Honey Cinnamon oatmeal with half a banana sliced on top with a small glass of skim milk. It was simple but delicious. I am really starting to get used to this oatmeal, I absolutely hated it the first time I tried it.

My apple today was a red delicious. I have one fuji left tomorrow, then I will have to go to the store to restock.

Today for lunch, I brought a Healthy Choice Fresh Mixer Rotini & Zesty Marinara Sauce. I also had a small tangelo and an appleberry vitatop for dessert. This was my first appleberry vitatop. I usually order just the chocolate ones but last time I ordered I decided to try some new flavors. I am sure glad that I did because this one was yummy!

I did have half a grapefruit that I forgot to take a picture of, but believe me it was a mess. I tried to cut it up in to pieces, but all I did was make a mess. It was my first time eating grapefruit. It wasn't terrible, but now I know why I didn't eat it before. I also had a 100 Calorie pack of Honey Maid Cinnamon Roll Thin Crisps. I knew they would be good and I was right. I try not to eat the 100 calorie packs too often, but it is hard when they all look so yummy.........lol.

I plan on having the rest of my Progresso Light Southwestern Style Vegetable soup that I had in the beginning of the week with half a serving of Fiber Select Vegetable Blend Wheat Thins. And for dessert, a Weight Watchers Carrot Cake.

My night time snack consisted of a 100 Calorie Strawberry Yo Crunch yogurt and half a cup of Kashi Go Lean.

Wonderful Wednesday

This morning I had a bowl of Kashi Honey Sunshine with a little Fiber One mixed in with 1/2 cup of Almond Breeze (this was my first time trying the milk and I must say it was pretty good, the consistency will take some getting used to though). I sliced half a banana on top of my cereal and also had 1 slice of Fiber One cinnamon raisin bread. (I know my pictures are not very good quality, but I am working on it.....lol).
Of course I had my daily apple. Today is was a Fuji.

Lunch today will be a turkey sandwich on an Arnold's Sandwich Thin with baby spinach and a little mustard, half a serving of krinkle sticks, and a vitabrownie for dessert. Besides last night, I haven't had a sandwich thin in a while so I am really looking forward to it.

I was actually really busy at work which is great when it makes the time go by quicker. My afternoon snack was 1 cup of red grapes and a Luna Berry Pomegranate Cookie. My mom and I made our first trip to the Whole Foods Store. It was so much fun! Anyway, the cookie was one of the things I bought to try from there. After work, instead of going to the gym, I decided to do one of my many workout dvds. I chose Biggest Loser Cardio Max. I had done it once before, but this time I added level 2 to my workout. Wow, that is all I can say about it.

For supper I had 1/4 cup of Eggbeaters (I planned on having a half a cup, which is equivalent to 2 eggs, but I didn't have enough left), baby spinach, and part of a Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese Wedge. To make up for the egg that I didn't have I had half a sandwich thin which I spread part of the cheese wedge on. I also had 1 cup of Green Giant Vegetables with Cheese Sauce (I melted the rest of my cheese wedge on top of that so that it would be extra cheesy). My supper was quite delicious and quite filling. For dessert, I tried something new that I bought at the grocery store last night. It was Breyer's Yo Crunch 100 Calorie cup in Strawberry and Granola flavor. I have tried to eat yogurt in the past, but could never get over the consistency. Well, this was delicious. I know it is not the healthiest yogurt out there but if that is what it is gonna take for me to eat yogurt then so be it. I definitely recommend this. They also have the vanilla flavors with either Chips Ahoy or Nestle Crunch. Needless to say, I will be trying those next.

My night time snack, which I was looking forward to all day long, was 1/2 cup of Breyers Free Double Churned Extra Creamy Vanilla ice cream with Puffins. It was so good.

Try and Try Again

It was very cold this morning so I was really looking forward to my breakfast. I had Quaker Instant Weight Control Cinnamon oatmeal, 1/2 a banana, and a small glass of milk. I tried the Maple & Brown Sugar last week and didn't really like it, so I was hesitant to try the cinnamon. It was much better. I was very full when I left for work, hoping it will hold me for a while.

Oh, I usually forget to include this, but I eat an apple everyday. I try to eat different kinds but tend to stick to the same two or three. Today is a red delicious apple. For lunch today, I am trying a new Smart Ones (it is not actually new, I have just never eaten it before). It is the Smart Ones Pasta Primavera. For dessert, I brought a Banana Nut VitaTop. Nothing fancy for me today.

OMG! It was so good (Smart Ones meal). I wasn't sure if it would be, but I was quite impressed.
I sure hope that I remember to take pics of my afternoon snack. For some reason, I have the hardest time remembering to do it at that time. I brought an orange from home and I will also probably have a Fiber One Bar. I did bring a Kashi Chocolate Raspberry one but it is my last one so I think I will save it.

My netgrocer.com order finally came in!! This is what is pictured above: Fiber One Cinnamon Raisin Bagels (I ordered the bread but they sent the bagels, I called in to let them know their error and they will send the bread ASAP), 2 packs of Whole Wheat Arnold's Sandwich Thins, and 2 packs of Multigrain Sandwich Thins. I ordered 2 of each because my mom wants to try them. I have actually already tried the multigrain ones but was interested in trying the wheat. I love the multigrain so I am sure I will like the wheat. These are not sold anywhere around me so I have no choice but to order them online. Oh, and about the Fiber One Bread, it is so delicious. You get 2 slices for 140 Calories, 2.5g Fat, and 7g Fiber. When I realized they sent me the bagels I was crushed because their nutritional info goes like this: for 1 bagel - 270 Calories, 3g Fat, 10g Fiber. That isn't that bad, but more than I would like to use on one bagel, though they are pretty big. I will just give some to my mom to try and eat one half at a time.
For supper, I had Progresso Light Southwest Style Vegetable Soup, half an Arnold's Sandwich Thin, and 10 Annie's Whole Wheat Bunnies. My dessert was Weight Watchers Peanut Butter Bliss. Later on, before bed, I had a Weight Watchers fudge bar, but forgot to take a pic.......lol
