I am new to the whole blogging thing, but I love reading everyone else's blogs and thought it was time to create my own. I don't think that I will have anything interesting to say I am just using this as a way to keep track of what I eat each day. I try my best to eat healthy everyday. Most days it is a struggle, but I am still at it after two years now. I heard that it is helpful to keep a food journal, so this is my go at it. We'll see how long I can keep it up. I will try to post my meal (with pictures) each day. I will start tomorrow as I have eaten all my meals today and did not take the time to take photos of any it. I was really hungry today and couldn't wait to take the pics.........lol. So tomorrow it is!!
